Can we leave our room later than the established check-out time?
It is necessary to discuss this with the administrator in order to evaluate the situation. It will be possible as long as there is no other scheduled arrival for the same room.
We are located in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, in the northern part of Bahía de Banderas, 35 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta international airport and 45 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta bus station.
If you are traveling by intercity bus, it is not necessary to get to the Puerto Vallarta terminal, you can get to the Bucerias terminal and take transportation from there. It’s only a 15-minute drive. Access and transportation
Access to the property is very easy since we are in the first block where the town of La Cruz begins, two blocks from the main Buceria-La Cruz-Punta de Mita highway.
No, unfortunately we do not have ramps or flat paths, we are a fairly large property with stone paths between the gardens, and small stairs in the hallways and rooms.
However, if you are able to walk slowly, you can use the wheelchair only to cover long distances during a walk within the Marina Riviera Nayarit.
Is it easy to find transportation from the airport?
Yes, at the airport you have two options, take a taxi inside the airport, or go out to the main avenue and ask for an UBER or take a yellow taxi.
If you like adventure and don’t travel with a lot of luggage, you can try the public bus, which is very cheap, but takes longer because it makes several stops along the way.
We have internet in all common areas, as well as in the rooms.
We have 7 rooms, for a maximum of 20 people.
The types of rooms are:
2 rooms for 2 people with a queen-size bed each
1 room for 2 people with a king-size bed
1 room for 2 people with a double bed
1 room for 4 people with two queen-size beds
1 room for 4 people with four single beds and a sofa bed
1 room for 2 people with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed.
Can we reserve the entire villa for large groups or families?
Yes, we have the option of reserving the entire villa for large groups or families, who want to enjoy the privacy and comfort of being completely alone on vacation.
What happens if we are less than 20 people, can we book the entire villa?
Yes, of course, our maximum capacity is 20 people, but the idea of giving you the option of booking the entire villa is above all so that you have the peace of mind that only you will be on the property and to offer you even greater rest and privacy.
If children under 5 years old and babies come with the group, we could consider it, but it is always necessary to discuss it before making the reservation. Otherwise we will be forced to not be able to accommodate them due to the space.
Is the hotel on the beach?
No, we do not have a beach in front of the property, however you can enjoy very quiet beach areas on the sides of La Marina Riviera Nayarit, ideal for relaxing and swimming in the sea.
Another beach option is Playa La Manzanilla, one of the beautiful beaches that you can enjoy walking just 10 minutes from the Villa, ideal for families with children since it has no waves or currents, it offers a wide variety of restaurants on the beach, as well as rental of banana boat rides or rental of umbrellas and lounge chairs so you can rest by the sea.
One of our rooms has 4 single beds and a sofa bed, in this case that would be the option, however we do not recommend it for 6 adults, because they would be quite tight.
Is there a charge for extra people per night?
Yes, the charge for extra person per night is $500 pesos, and an additional person is only allowed in rooms that have a sofa bed, notifying them before arrival, to have the space prepared.
No, but they count as one person if they are over 5 years old. Children under 5 years old can share a bed with their parents or request a crib at no additional charge prior to arrival.
Cancellation and payment policies
Cancellation policy
Reservation cancelled 1 month in advance of the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total reservation.
Reservation cancelled 15 days in advance of the arrival date will be charged 75% of the total reservation.
Reservation cancelled on the same day or no-shows as well as having to leave before the reservation date will be charged 100% of the reservation.
After making your reservation, it is necessary to confirm it with an advance payment of 50% of the total reservation, through an interbank transfer or a direct deposit in a bank. The information will be provided to you once availability is confirmed for the dates and the room you want.
The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival with a credit or debit card with Visa or Master Card, or in cash. If you wish to pay the full amount when booking, you can do so.
